On THURSDAY 24/09/2026 the Clementswood SNT and the Loxford SNT assisted the Redbridge council housing of a property on Clementswood SNT ward reported as a HMO (House in Multiple Occupation). The council checked the property with 9 residents living in the property. The Redbridge Council took details of the residents. Checked the condition of the property to make sure the property is to the standards of health and safety. The landlord of the property will be contacted by the Redbridge council to make sure the standard and health and safety of the property is safe to live in. To make sure there is a tenancy agreement in place. The SNT officers assisted for the breach of peace but the visit was completed with no issues or concerns to report.
